High Efficiency Web Cleaners 

R.G. Egan Equipment specializes in fully automated web cleaner systems that are able to meet your most critical particle removal requirements.  Systems are able to remove particles down to 1 micron in size and continuously index rolls in and out of your process without interruption.  We offer several system designs that will allow us to meet your specific application needs.  With systems that range from Two and Three Roll Turreted designs that provide highly efficient particle removal without stopping your process or damage to sensitive products.  Also, Positive Contact designs that nip your web with our proprietary manufactured Polymer Rollers and able to handle speeds in excess of 2000 fpm. We offer design solutions that allow our systems to be installed inside very limited spaces and can function in a variety of web conveyance configurations.

Manual Web Cleaners 

Our manual web cleaners are designed for applications that do not require full automation, or may not have the space available that is required for automated web cleaning systems.  We offer a variety of designs that still provide the same high efficiency web cleaning ability using our polymer covered cleaning rolls, but require some operator involvement to wipe the surface of the roll with a damp cloth when the machine is down. R.G. Egan Equipment is also able to cover your current idler rolls with our proprietary roller covering.  This allows a quick solution at a modest price for a contamination free product.  Single rolls and manual turrets are a perfect solution for slitting machines and tight locations ahead of critical areas in your process.
